Meet The Team

MARK MASON

Beginning his development career in 1994, Mark Mason has gone on to lead multiple construction crews, sales and estimating teams, and most recently serves as project manager for Trade Pro Construction. His career spans multiple areas of construction from swimming pools to full interior remodels. He has built expertise in estimating and always works as a problem solver to provide the best possible outcome for his clients.

STEPHEN GREEN

A native of Tontitown, Stephen Green loves Northwest Arkansas. He is a two time graduate from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Walton College of Business. For the last 8 years, Stephen has worked to build Trade Pro Construction into a top notch company that focuses on quality and getting projects done in a timely manner.

JACKIE SNOW

Bringing 36 years of plumbing experience to our team, Jackie Snow is a master plumber that we’re thankful to have at Trade Pro. His training in tank-less water heater repair, radiant floor heating and back-flow prevention makes him the perfect plumber for any situation. He enjoys doing honorable work and operating with integrity.
